Samson
Breed: Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog Mix
Sex: Male, neutered
Estimated Birthdate: 8/01/2021
Size: 51 pounds
Good With Kids: Unknown but most likely yes
Good With Cats: Unknown
Good With Dogs: Yes
Housetrained: Yes
Crate Trained: Yes
Recommended Environment: Samson will do great anywhere. He already knows a bunch of commands and is eager to learn more. He is an intelligent dog and will require mental stimulation. He just wants to be loved.
Additional Information: Samson is the perfect dog! He loves to play when he’s outside but is happy laying at your feet when in the house. We think he had some training in his previous home. He does very well on a leash but will walk along side you without one (we don’t recommend this until he has spent at least a month at his new home).

Applications
Adoption Application
Foster Application
Volunteer Application
We are an all volunteer organization based in Westerville, Ohio. To ensure that the pet is placed in a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment we require that one of our volunteers completes a home visit with any approved applicants.
Please note that we require that all pets in the household be spayed or neutered and are kept up to date on their vaccinations. All dogs must receive heartworm prevention.
We are currently reviewing applications within a 30 mile radius from Columbus, and from applicants age 22 and older. This does not mean your application will not be considered for a dog who has not been receiving many applications. We want to make sure all of our dogs find a good, forever home!
For dogs in the Canine-Inmate Program: Visits to the prison to meet a dog can only be made Monday through Friday between 8:30 am – 2:30 pm due to the facility’s visitation policies.
